Not Too Sweet is a home bakery featuring pastries and desserts with modern fusion-style and time-tested traditional recipes, handmade using local and organic ingredients. Not Too Sweet is run by self-taught baker Levin Gong. Beginning to bake from the age of 12, he continues to learn, experiment, and hone his technique in the kitchen. Now an engineering student at University of Washington, Seattle, Levin continues to bake out of his apartment at school and back home in San Jose, California. Outside of baking, Levin can often be found in the gym training Olympic-style weightlifting and mixed martial arts.
